With growing buzz from the local press surrounding the opening of a new urgent care facility in Lenox, BHS Executives were eager to get the space operational and serving patients as quickly as possible. To meet this demand, Kenco was tasked with an aggressive 12-week schedule to complete a full 7,500 SF interior buildout.

This sense of urgency translated into aggressive procurement and aggressive scheduling, not just around the clock, but also keeping all our trade partners organized and coordinated. Our Western MA team were ready and able to meet all obstacles with ease.

The scope of work included the construction of seven exam rooms, a shielded X-ray room, an audiology room, a triage room, and various support spaces required for a fully functional urgent care facility.
