Already one of the area’s premier sports destinations, Tyngsboro Sports Center turned to Kenco to expand their offerings with a state-of-the-art indoor facility. This ground-up, 72,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building features four indoor soccer fields and one boarded field, all with professional-grade artificial turf. Safety was a top priority in the design, with overhead netting and protected walkways ensuring an great experience for both players and spectators.

The upper level includes a business buildout with an on-site daycare and three private rooms designed to host birthday parties and events. Kenco’s sitework package covered everything from additional parking and underground utilities to the foundation work required to support the expansive structure.

Construction took place alongside the client’s fully operational facility, with exterior fields in heavy use throughout the warmer months. Maintaining a safe, secure site was critical—and as always, Kenco delivered, ensuring the project was completed with zero disruption to ongoing activities.
