Prior to coming aboard with Kenco Development Chris has worked over 25 years as an Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent, Project Manager and Account Executive for a number of the premier Construction companies in NYC. Chris has had the opportunity to work on some very High Profile projects during his tenure in NYC. Chris was the Project Manager for the redesign and construction of the new Super booths on the NYSE main floor for the major players in the financial world- JP Morgan, Chase, and many more. He was also the Project Manager for the Wright Restaurant which is part of the Guggenheim Museum and won numerous accolades and awards as well as the largest Michael Kors retail store in Soho to name a few… Chris is extremely excited to be part of the Kenco team and eager to help in its future growth.

Fun Facts: Chris and his wife Alayna love to spend a lot of time with their grandson Caleb which includes family vacations to the beach, Bronx Zoo, Legoland, etc. He also is involved with their 3 sons continued maturation and becoming successful and productive young men. Chris also enjoys golf and fishing in his spare time.
