Our client had the vision of transforming a pizza shop in busy, downtown Arlington into a high-end real estate office. This would be considered a challenge under most circumstances, but this project also kicked off in spring of 2020 and was one of our first during the early days of COVID and all of the implications of that.

None-the-less, we took what had been a grimy space, gutted it to the studs, and transformed it into a bright, cheery reception area, conference room, offices, and break room worthy of the clientele.
