This Cannabis Cultivation and Processing facility is geared toward providing craft cannabis product to dispensaries. The principals at Berkshire Kind had a very clear idea of what they wanted their facility to be, but needed a General Contractor that would make it all a reality, which is why they called Kenco.

The first phase of this build was to update an old industrial building with a new roof, as well as all updated electrical and mechanical systems. The facility now has a processing area, the vault storage as well as drying, trim and packaging.

In addition to this, because the facility is in the middle of a thriving industrial park, odor mitigation controls needed to be first class.
